![]() ![]() Former being a st god and the latter an aoe monster. Rogue brings 2 amazing specs in assa and outlaw. It requires huge amount of time and patient.īoth are top tier. Druid has like 28 29 legendary items but I constantly was doing full Antorus, Emerald Dream, Nighthold and Tomb of Sargeras runs with like 15-20 different characters which all of them had bonus rolls for each week for like 1-2 months. I literally collected all Druid legendaries in short amount time. Each raid boss also drops like 25-30 wakening essence.Īlso can send spesific legendary class tokens to your main from alts. If you use your 3 bonus rolls in Legion raids and if game doesn't drop you item from there you'll get 150 Wakening Essence. You can collect those from WQs in Broken Isles, Broken Shore and Argus. In other hand other, basic artifact skins like Balance of Power etc are still obtainable.įor legendary item skins are also obtainable but each requires 1k wakening essence. But if you have unlocked those when mage tower was a thing then yes, you can get other color variations. Mage Tower skins are no longer obtainable and their variations due they are retired. The other benefit to rogue is that assassination is another completely viable DPS spec, underrepresented only because outlaw shines so bright. Havoc is frequently called a 2 button spec, which isn't true if you want to actually play well, but it is definitely less complicated than outlaw. Stealth is nice to have but situational (outside of pvp and m+ where is stupid useful). Havoc is easier to milk DPS from, outlaw has a lot of rng involved. It really will come down to what content and playstyle you want. So to answer your question: I prefer havoc, but outlaw rogue is my second go to. I can't talk to pvp meta, but dh feels broken with all of your self healing. For raids havoc is probably better, but both have great utility so finding a spot at any level is dependent only on your skill and ilvl. Outlaw rogue is more useful than havoc demon Hunter, but most at the highest end it's like 15 outlaw, 13 havoc. ![]() A lot of my time will be spent farming for mounts and transmogs, but I'm sure they're both just fine for doing most of that.īoth are top tier for dps in m+. Those are the main questions I have, but if anyone has any other input about which one makes a better main at this point, I'd love to hear why. Which in your opinion is more useful now? Mobility/movement - Is stealth really useful anymore in retail? Coming from playing classic, I feel like I'm a huge advantage in every situation by having stealth, but don't remember feeling like I missed it playing DH in legion. PVP roles - From what I remember, DH was all about faceroll burst, and rogue was more about control. PVE Dps - Which class is stronger in PVE right now, and why? So I have a few questions I'd like to ask and help me make a decision on which class to focus on first. I was a rogue main until DH became a thing, at which point I switched to Havoc DH and haven't played since then. I'm a little torn on who I should play though. I haven't played retail wow in a while, but shadowlands has me pretty hyped and I was thinking of jumping in now to familiarize myself with the game again and mess around a bit in arena and some LFR for 8.3.
